My Thoughts: Jared Goff made a name for himself by having a stellar season at the University of California last year. He was in the running for the Heisman late into the season despite Cal falling off later in the year. But Goff came out of high school as a highly touted prospect and he is expected to go into the NFL as a top 10 pick. Can he live up to those expectations??? I think he can if he goes to the right team, that right team is the SF 49ers and Chip Kelly’s offesne would be perfect for Goff after the Air Raid offense that he played in fpor the Bears. Overall any team that gets him will have a solid QB on their hands that has great decision making ability and a high football IQ despite his small hand size...
