#5 (9) Wichita State Shockers (28-8)(MVC) vs. (1) Gonzaga Bulldogs (32-3)(WCC) Final Score: 78-70 (3 rd Round Game): This was one game that I never saw coming. I think I had Wichita State making it out of the 2nd round to face Gonzaga but I never had them beating Gonzaga. The Shockers have always been one of those teams that have consistently been good. They are a mainstay in the NCAA tournament being selected almost every year if not then pushing themselves in by winning their conference tournament. But most years they were just fodder for the higher seeded team to stomp on in the 1 st round. But every once in awhile the Shockers send a team to the tournament that dose what this Wichita State team has done. They managed to show that the Bulldogs were not the only team from a NON- Power 6 conference to make it deep into the NCAA tournament. And by beating the Bulldogs they have proven that they deserve to be here and are not flukes that are going to be sent home early… ...

Projected Draft Pick: #25 Clippers - SF Taurean Prince (6’8” 220lbs Baylor) http://www.nbadraft.net/2016mock_draft My Take: The Clippers had themselves a fairly decent season and probably would have had a chance to knock off the defending champs. Then the injury bug hit them as both Griffin and Paul went down with injuries that out them down for the rest of the playoffs.So with that said they will be looking for a young wing player aand Prince fits that mold as he would be looking early to learn from Paul Pierce and then take over the starting position with the youth that the Cillpers already have. But we shall see as draft day is a few weeks away... Who's the man

Everybody's making a big deal about whether or not Eli Manning is going to play this weekend against the Raiders. Fact of the matter is, and put much like the most electrifying man to ever lace up a pair of wrestling boots would say "IT DOSEN'T MATTER!!!!" who the Giant's start on Sunday, because the raiders are going to lose the game regardless. It would be smart of New York to sit Eli as soon as the game is over. which the way it look's now should be somewhere just before half time. Don't get me wrong, i maybe Radier hating but i don't hate the Raiders. I am a loyal fan who has accepted the reality of the state of the franchise. After all it is the same reality we have come to know for the past six years. A team that features a solid defense that could be great if the offense was mediocre at best. Granted, it is a young offense, with young players that may one day soon be weapons. But at some point in time that offense has to begin to show some signs...
