WCB Last Week in Basketball Review: Warriors, Kings, Lakers, Clippers(All Star Edition)...

Golden State Warriors…(48-4)(All Star Break): The Warriors are simply the best team in basketball right now. I stress the word team because they play together and they have fun doing it, this year they were represented well at the ASB and i think with the youth on this team the Warriors will have great ASB’s in the years to come. For now they will have to settle for best team in basketball...

Sacramento Kings…(22-31)(All Star Break): The Kings sit at 9 games under .500 as we go thru the All Star break. They were thinking about firing HC George Karl but he talked them out of it. I think it may still happen at the end of the season but not if the Kings manage to make the playoffs. I think they will with a core group of players thats really coming together this is a team on my watch list for the second half of the season….

Los Angeles Lakers…(11-44)(All Star Break): The Kobe farewell tour took flight during the ASG this year as the veteran took center stage for his final appearance in the game. This season for the young Lakers squad has been growth as they continue to do that game by game and look to make themselves a contender in the coming years after the great one is gone...

Los Angeles Clippers…(35-18)(All Star Break): The Clippers continue to plug along without their star forward, who by the way is injured and will be serving a 4 game suspension so he won't be any use to them for awhile. They sit about 10 games back of the Warriors and at least 4-5 games back of the next best 2 teams in the conference. If they keep going the way they are they should finish th4e season in the 4 spot for the playoffs...
