1:20pm PST (AFC) Kansas City Chiefs (11-5) @ Houston Texans (9-7) (Final Score: Chiefs win 30-0)
My Take: This was a game that went sideways and did it fast, the Chiefs took a little while to get the offense going but once they did it was explosive. Alex Smith looked like a “better than a game manager” as he threw for a couple of touchdowns and let the running game do the rest. The offensive line made Watt look inept as they moved the ball up and down the field. Next up for the winners of 11 in a row are the #2 seed New England Patriots in Foxborough...

5:15pm PST (AFC) Pittsburgh Steelers (10-6) @ Cincinnati Bengals (12-4) (Final Score: Steelers win 18-16)
My Take: In what has become a bitter rivalry over the years, the Steelers and Bengals just plain don't like each other. Unfortunately that was the story of the game as the Bengals were beat down for most of the game before turning it around taking a lead late. It was a couple of mishaps on the Bengals defensive players that allowed the Steelers into position for a game winning FG. Next up for the Steelers is the Broncos in Denver….

10:05am PST (NFC) Seattle Seahawks (10-6) @ Minnesota Vikings (11-5) (Final Score: Seattle wins 10-9)
My Take: This game was played in extreme cold weather as the game start saw -7° weather. Both teams gave it their all as the Vikings lead for most of the game (going into the 4th quarter up 9-0). They let one slip away at home this year but this Viking team is young and they will be back next season. The Seahawks prove that they are a team worthy of SB consideration and they will attempt to prove it again next week as they travel to Carolina to face the Panthers….

1:40pm PST (NFC) Green Bay Packers (10-6) @ Washington Redskins (9-7) (Final Score: 35-18)

My Take: The Packers came into this game as the favorites, but you wouldn't think that they should be with the way that they backed their way into the playoffs. The Redskins were a team no one was really worried about and now we see why as the Packers dominated this game late and found their way to a victory and a matchup next week against a team that smacked them in the regular season...the Arizona Cardinals…
