WCB Last Week in Basketball Review: Warriors, Kings, Lakers, Clippers...

Golden State Warriors…(39-4)(v LAL, @ DET, @ CLE, @ CHI): Despite the fact that the Warriors fell behind the 96’ Bulls pace for 72-73 wins. They still managed to make a major statement, the lost to Detroit this week to take their 4th loss of the season, that loss was a bad one. the Warriors were off their game that night. What they proceeded to do to the Cavaliers and the Bulls would just be embarrassing as they beat them by a combined 65 points...

Sacramento Kings…(18-23)(@ UTA, @ LAC, @ LAL): The Kings have had their first perfect week since i started this post. They beat the Jazz the Clippers and the Lakers during that run. If they can keep it going they can maybe get to .500 before the all star break and have a chance at the playoffs this year. I love the fact that despite a setback DeMarcus Cousins is becoming one of the best big men in the game today...

Los Angeles Lakers…(9-35)(@ GSW, @ UTA, v HOU, v SAC): The Lakers look like they are headed toward the1st pick in the NBA draft. With only 9 wins on the season the Lakers are not making Kobe’s farewell season a good one. But they are developing talent like Russell their point guard who will be one of the best at the end of the day. The Lakers have a long way to go before they are contenders again...

Los Angeles Clippers…(27-14)(v SAC, v HOU): The Clippers are a team that is on the rise as this season moves on. They only played the Kings and Rockets and they still spit the 2 games taking their 14th loss of the season. Since the adjustment of the playoff format the Clippers will definitely be in the playoffs. With their performances during the season against teams with winning records i don't see them going very far or beating San Antonio or Golden State to get to the Finals...
