Los Angeles Dodgers (92-70, NL West Champs, Lost 3-2 to NYM in NLDS)...
The Dodgers were a team last year that lived up to the expectations that they set forth. They were one of the most dominant teams in baseball this year. They looked like they were real contenders for most of the season. With the exception for a stretch early in the season where the Diamondbacks were leading the division. The Dodgers were the dominant team that they were supposed to be. Zack Greinke is a monster pitcher and though they lost him in free agency this year he put on one hell of a show last season. Unfortunately the Dodgers were eliminated in the 1st round of the playoffs…
The offseason saw them fire Don Mattingly and hire a replacement within 2 weeks. They will look to keep pace with the 3 division titles that Mattingly won. It won't be an easy task as i did say earlier the lost Greinke and the was a big loss. They tried to pick up Iwakawa from Seattle but that fell through, in the end they returned Brett Anderson and Clayton Kershaw. This will be a team that will look to get better thru consistency and paying whatever you need to in order to get the players necessary to win a title…
