WCB Last Week in Basketball Review: Warriors, Kings, Lakers, Clippers...

Happy Thanksgiving!!

Golden State Warriors…(16-0)(@LAC, v.CHI, @DEN, v.LAL): This week was truly awesome for many reasons, My birthday being one of them. The other being that the Warriors remained perfect, breaking the all time record for consecutive wins to open a season. They beat the Clippers and Bulls to continue this streak and proved that this team is actually better than last. The question now is how long can they keep this going??...

Sacramento Kings…(6-10)(@MIA, @ORL, @NO, @MIL): The Kings split the 4 game set over the last u days, beating the Magic and Bucks and losing to the Hornets and Heat! This team is getting better by the week and i think it will pay dividends in the long run. Karl seems to be getting along better with Cousins which makes it a dangerous combination if that coach and player get on the same page. For right now they will just continue to rise...

Los Angeles Lakers…(2-12)(v.TOR, v.POR, @GSW): The Lakers are a team that is trying to pass between era’s, the Kobe Bryant Era in LA seems to be over as his age has seemed to catch up to him.  He seems to be a shell of his former self. Can the Lakers turn it around?? Yeah i suppose so there is over 60 games to play. The reality is the Lakers won't be relevant for at least another year and the Kobe era needs to come to an end...

Los Angeles Clippers…(7-8)(v.GSW, @POR, v.TOR, @DEN, v.UTA): This is a Clippers team that seems to be on the decline. The last time they really looked like a solid team was during the 1st half of the game against Golden State. They finished this 5 game stretch 1-4, but i think there is too much talent on this team for them not to bounce back and make the postseason….
