WCB Last Week in Basketball Review: Warriors, Kings, Lakers, Clippers...

Golden State Warriors…(9-0)(v.DEN, @SAC, v.DET, @MEM): The Warriors continued their amazing start to this season, and remained undefeated. Steph Curry continues to show every team in the league that he deserved the MVP last year and deserves it again this year so far. There Is talk of this team catching Jordan and the Bulls 72-10 record. If they keep up play like this then they may break that record by a game or two!! ...

Sacramento Kings…(2-7)(v.HOU, v.GSW, v.SAS, v.DET): The Kings have had a very disappointing start to this season. They have only managed 2 wins in their first 9 games. With the roster they put together this offseason they are definitely underperforming. I think that they can turn the season around, because Cousins has improved in his play and leadership skills. They just need to gel as a team and soon enough they will. But this season may not be the year for them...

Los Angeles Lakers…(1-7)(@BRK, @NYK, @MIA, @ORL): The Lakers continue to struggle this season, and to make it worse it seems like Kobe may be towards the end of his career, he is hurt again and resting. The young PG that they got in the draft will take a year or two to turn into the star we all know he will be. The upside has been the play of Roy Hibbert and Julius Randle, they are both young and can help the Lakers stay relevant as Kobe finishes up his career...

Los Angeles Clippers…(5-3)(v.HOU, v.MEM, @DAL): This Clippers team seems to be very inconsistent, one week they are up and the next they are down. The only sour part of this week was the reception for DeAndre Jordan in Dallas and the road loss that followed. The Clippers are a team that needs to keep pace with the defending champs if they want a shot at the division down the stretch because i don't see them slowing down. In the meantime the Clippers will continue to play inconsistent basketball...
