Phoenix Suns (39-43,
3rd Pacific Division, 10th Western Conference)
Last year the Suns were a team that everyone thought was
going to make an impact. The trade of Goran Dragic and his brother left the
Suns without any strong leadership at the point. They struggled through the
season at times looking like a playoff contender and at other times looking
like a team that didn’t even want to be on the court. This year’s draft was a
chance to add another piece to the puzzle to get back to the playoffs…
R1 (13) SG Devin
Booker (Kentucky Wildcats): The addition of booker adds more depth to a
team that already has a lot of good guards. From Thorton to Bledsoe the Suns
will have to find minuets for the young guard to play. As far as skills go this
kid is the real deal he has great range and a high basketball IQ. So I see him
being a great spot player this year and maybe a 6th man the next but
in a little over 3 years from now expect Booker to be starting and making a
Impact…
