Double K’s Classroom NFL Week 17 Review: Denver Broncos (12-3) vs. Oakland Raiders (4-11)

Week #17: Denver Broncos at Oakland Raiders

Broncos (P.Manning 25/28 266yrds 4TD, M.Ball 10car 72yrds, D.Thomas 6rec 113yrds 2TD): The Broncos were already on a roll coming into this game and didn’t look to stop that roll against a Raiders team that was just plain inferior this season. The only reason that Peyton even played in this game was to break the records that he broke by halftime and then he sat the rest of the game. Overall this was a easy roll for the Broncos and they took advantage of it fully…

Raiders (T.Pryor 21/38 207yrds 2TD, T.Pryor 9car 49yrds, D.Moore 4rec 63yrds): The Raiders on the other hand were a team that needed to prove something. In the earlier meeting this season the Raiders looked competitive early and the Broncos were just too much late. This game I don’t even know if anyone other than QB T. Pryor came to play for the Raiders. He led the team in rushing and time and time again bailed the team out of tough spots. Overall this was a game the team and the fans wasn’t to put behind them…

Final Score: Broncos 34, Raiders 14
