Week #8: Atlanta
Falcons at Arizona Cardinals
Falcons (M.Ryan 34/61
301yrds 1TD, M.Ryan 1car 13yrds, H.Douglas 12rec 121yrds): The Falcons put it
in the air 61 times during this game and that tells me one thing about this
team. The running game is struggling and needs Stephen Jackson in order to truly
be competitive. All I can say is that when your QB is your leading rusher with
13 yards there are too many things wrong to really pinpoint one reason why the
Falcons lost this game…
Cardinals (C.Palmer
13/18 172yrds 2TD, A.Ellington 15car 154yrds 1TD, T.Williams 1rec 51yrds): The
Cardinals came in with something to prove as they were looking to keep pace
with the 49ers and try to compete with them for a Wild Card spot. Palmer ran
the offense efficiently and Ellington provided one heck of a boost on the
ground racking up over 150 yards and 1 touchdown. Overall this win would be
critical to the Cardinals playoff hopes…
Final Score:
Cardinals 27, Falcons 13
