Double K’s Classroom NFL Week 12 Review: San Francisco 49ers (6-4) vs. Washington Redskins (3-7)

Week #12: San Francisco 49ers at Washington Redskins

49ers (C.Kapernick 15/24 235yrds 3TD, F.Gore 13car 31yrds, A.Boldin 5rec 94yrds 2TD): The 49ers needed to start a winning streak. After two tough losses to playoff teams the 49ers very well could have tumbled out of control. Then came the news that they were facing the Redskins and the spirits looked up in the 49er camp. On offense they were efficient as can be and on defense they showed a new life as the defense began to look extremely good and playoff early…

Redskins (R.Griffin III 16/26 118yrds 1INT, A.Morris 14car 52yrds, P.Garcon 8rec 48yrds): The Redskins pretty much new coming into this game that their chances of winning this game were slim. But when you get a home game on a Monday night. You at least have to show up and the Redskins did not do that effectively. RG III looked lost in a offense that he played well in last year and the 49ers defense took advantage of that. Overall I bet this is a game that the Redskins hoped they could get a do over. Unfortunately there are no do overs….

Final Score: 49ers 27, Redskins 6
