Double K’s Classroom NFL Week 5 Review: Houston Texans (2-2) vs. San Francisco 49ers (2-2)…

Week 5 Matchup: Houston Texans at San Francisco 49ers

Texans ( M.Schaub 19/35 173yrds 3INT, A.Foster 21car 98yrds, O.Daniels 6rec 60yrds): The Texans came into this game hoping to turn things around. But that was not meant to be as Matt Schaub threw a pick 6 for a NFL record 4th week in a row and on the 1st pass of the game no less. RB Arian Foster had a decent day but he was the only positive thing  happening for the Texans this week as they took a hard loss in San Francisco…

49ers ( C.Kapernick 6/15 113yrds 1TD, F.Gore 17car 81yrds 1TD,V.Davis 3rec 88yrds 1TD): The 49ers on the other hand had something to prove against a supposedly good Texans defense. Cap didn’t exactly go crazy but he slowed his game down and the team started getting back to its roots of a tough defense and a great running game. This was the 1st step in the right direction to getting this season back on track…

Final Score: 49ers 34, Texans 3
