Double K’s Classroom NFL Week 3 Review: Arizona Cardinals (1-1) vs. New Orleans Saints (2-0)

Week 3: Arizona Cardinals at New Orleans Saints

Cardinals (C.Palmer 18/35 187yrds 2INT, R.Mendenhall 9car 29yrds, L.Fitzgerald 5rec 64yrds): The Cardinals were a team that everyone thought were on the rise. I myself even thought that they would have a chance at the playoffs. But after this game they look like they will be toiling in the basement of the NFC West yet again. The team looked as if they were lost in every faucet of the game and the Saints took advantage of the breaks that they were given by the weaker team…

Saints (D.Brees 29/46 342yrds 3TD 1INT, K.Robinson 4car 28yrds, J.Graham 9rec 134yrds 2TD): The Saints look like a team revived as they have come back to a 2-0 record after putting up some abysmal numbers last season. This Saints team looks playoff ready and is easily one of the best teams in the NFC if not in the NFL and on this day they showed it over a team that is just getting its feet underneath them as Brees looked like a champ and the TE Graham looked like a pro bowler. Welcome back to the NFL Saints….

Final Score: Saints 31,Cardinals 7
