Week
2: Jacksonville Jaguars at Oakland Raiders
Jaguars (C.Henne
25/38 241yrds 1TD, M.Jones Drew 10car 27yrds, C.Shorts III 8rec 93yrds): The
Jaguars came into this week as the worst team in football, and we had only
played one week of games. Chad Henne was about the only bright spot for the
Jags in this game as he moved them down the field for the team’s only
touchdown. Other than that the Raiders defense pretty much held the Jaguars in
check. Overall this was a performance that was mediocre at best. But will go
down as one of the best performances they have all season…
Raiders (T.Pryor
15/24 126yrds, D.McFadden 19car 129yrds, R.Streater 3rec 42yrds): The
Raiders came into this game needing a win in order to start feeling good about
this season. That is exactly what they got as Mc Fadden had a almost career day
and Pryor looked like a QB who was playing with a purpose. The defense stood
strong against a weak Jaguars offense and left the Raiders with a sweet taste
of victory in their mouths. A big win for the Raiders and it showed they have a
lot of spunk in this team and they are one to look out for…
Final Score: Raiders
19, Jaguars 9
