Double K’s Classroom NFL Week 2 Review: San Francisco 49ers (1-0) vs. Seattle Seahawks (1-0)

Week 2: San Francisco 49ers at Seattle Seahawks

49ers (C.Kapernick 13/28 127yrds 3INT, C.Kapernick 9car 87yrds, K.Williams 4rec 39yrds): This was a game where the 49ers defense played well but the offense played like crap. If you look at the total offensive numbers for the Seahawks they didn’t exactly blow them out. The offense on the other hand looked lost out there the QB that was once considered the savior of the franchise looked human throwing 3 picks and was scrambling so much that he had more yards than the starting RB Frank Gore.  Overall a very sorry performance by the 49ers and it cost them a important win…

Seahawks (R.Wilson 8/19 142yrds 1TD 1INT, M.Lynch 28car 98yrds 2TD, D.Baldwin 1rec 51yrds): The Seahawks on the other hand were held into control until the 2nd half. Then they blew the door wide open with Lynch scoring twice on the ground and making their division rivals look silly out there. Richard Sherman looked to be the pro bowler that he is. Some of my co host would like to believe he is the best in the NFL right now. I don’t know if I would agree but he sure looked like it on this night. A very huge win for the Seahawks in what will be a tight division…

Final Score: Seahawks 29, 49ers 3…
