#1 Los Angeles
Dodgers SP Clayton Kershaw (Age: 25, 2013 Season: 5-4, 1.88ERA, 2CG, 21ER,
96SO, 28BB, 5HR’s): We are finally down to #1 and he is one of the most successful
SP in recent memory. But as far as the young pitchers in MLB he is the best. He
set the MLB record for lowest ERA (1.40) for a pitcher that has pitched at
least 1000 innings. He has been amazing from the moment he hit the mound. And
even though the Dodgers have yet to break the playoff barrier they have been in
the hunt every season. The main reason is because of Kershaw he hasn't been to
great this season numbers wise he has still been just as dominant. His 1.88 ERA
is the lowest in the majors among starting pitchers in the MLB and it looks like
he wont be slowing down anytime soon. So keep an eye out for the hottest young
pitcher on the west coast today and my #1 Pitcher under 25 in MLB today…
