Western Conference Finals…


1.       (1) Chicago Blackhawks (24-16-8, 56pts) vs. (4) Los Angeles Kings (27-16-5, 57pts) (Blackhawks win 4-1): The Blackhawks came into this series as the semi underdogs. The Los Angeles Kings were the defending Stanley Cup Champions and seemed to be as hot as they were last year when they won it all. But this time they came out and just got embarrassed as the Blackhawks won both games at home and then lost one in LA before taking the next 2 to take the series. The Kings gave it a valiant run but definitely didn’t live up to the high expectations set forth by the cup win last year. The Blackhawks continued their magical season and moved on to the Stanley Cup finals…
