6X All Pro, 1X NFC Champ, 07’ Rookie of the Year): Patrick is possibly the
best linebacker to ever put on a 49ers jersey. He came out of the University of
Mississippi like a bolt of lightning the 49ers HC Mike Nolan knew as soon as he
drafted him he was something special!!! Then when you add in the fact that he
had a couple of years to grow under the tutelage of possibly the greatest LB to
ever play the game. Mike Singletary was Willis’s mentor and was pretty
responsible for the beast that we see on the field today. But alas the 49ers
have their franchise defensive player and because of that I make him my #5
49ers/Raiders draft pick of All Time…
