SP Barry Zito (Athletics: 00’-06’, Giants: 07’-Curr): Good old Barry is #1
on my list because he did what some fans consider a grand sin. He played his
best regular season numbers in Oakland (102 W’s/1096K’s). But has been along
for the ride to one championship (2010) and fully helped win the last one
(2012). But thru it all Barry has been a
class act keeping his mouth shut and just doing the best he could to contribute
to his team. He has been in the majors for almost 15 years he has two World
Series titles and a lifetime full of memories in the Bay Area. So I say thanks
Barry for many great memories on both sides of the Bay. You are my #1 Bay Area
