Warriors GM Franklin Mieuli (1962-1986 (34yrs), NBAF: 1 (75’), PA: 10, REC:
933-1026): Now I will be perfectly
honest I don’t know much about Mr. Mieuli. But what I do know is that under his
tenure the Warriors started out as a great team. Heck after drafting Rick Barry
the Warriors went on to win the 75’ NBA Finals over the Washington Bullets.
Even with the fact that after that and for many years to come the Warriors
would be a bottom level team and even at certain points the butts of many jokes.
Now the Warriors are back and on the cusp of being able to compete for the NBA
Finals again I decided to give homage to the only man that brought home a title
while they were in the Bay Area and that is my #2 Bay Area Sports Icons former
Warriors GM Franklin Mieuli…
