6/11/2012 Game 6: Kings 6, Devils 1 (Kings finish off Devils 4-2 in Stanley Cup Finals): This past summer we witnessed something that no one had witnessed I believe ever. The Los Angeles Kings came into the playoffs as the #8 seed and looked to be a team that could make a run but not necessarily a championship run. But that is exactly what is was. The Kings rolled through the 1^st couple of rounds looking like a team on a mission and even when we thought they were going to be stopped by a better team they plowed through them as well. But at the end of the day it was one of the top moments of 2012 for hockey fans and sports fans alike. Here is a montage to that historic run as I believe the Kings became the 1^st 8 seed to win a Stanley Cup Championship…. Congratulations…
