Double K’s Top 5 Players snubbed from the HOF in 2012 - #4 Astros 1B Craig Biggio…

#4 Houston Astros 1B Craig Biggio (Votes: 388 (68.2%))(AVG. 281, Hits: 3060, HR’s: 291, RBI: 1175, SB: 414, 7X All Star, 4X Golden Glover, 5X Silver Slugger):  Now on this one I was completely baffled. I thought for sure that Biggio had done enough to get into the Hall of Fame. He hit for over .250 in his career he had over 3000 hits something only a few players have done. Spending his entire career with the Houston Astros something that we rarely see a player do that in today’s free agent market. So for these and many other reasons Biggio just like Jack Morris will be a Hall of Famer sooner than later but both men deserved to be 1st ballot Hall of Famers. The next 3 men I cover had the numbers but were closely tied to a lot of the “Steroid Era”. But I will tell you why they should have been in on round 1…
