Double K’s Top 5 Players Snubbed from the HOF in 2012: #5 Tigers P Jack Morris…

#5 Detroit Tigers P Jack Morris (Votes: 385 (67.7%))(254-186, 3.90ERA, 2478K’s)(5X All Star, 4X WS Champ, 1X WSMVP, 1X No-Hitter): I watched Jack Morris most of my child hood. He was always a very imposing figure on the mound. The man could throw a fastball that made me not want to sit behind home plate. He dominated the baseball world for what seems like forever when I was young I used to always dread when the Athletics hit against Jack. But his career saw him become a multi time All-Star, Win a Series title and pitch a no hitter. In my book he hit every major milestone necessary to get into the hall. He has 4 world series rings, the man was completely dominant during his time and was never once even accused of using any type of steroids as far as I can remember. So for him not to be a 1st ballot Hall of Famer is beyond me… But maybe next year…
