Head Coach: John
Harbaugh (W/L: 54-26, Pstsn: 8-4): This is a man that I respect. John
Harbaugh is a tough coach and has seen great success after coming to a team
that needed to have the glue put into the machine. He found Joe Flacco and
installed him immediately as starter and he has coached the heck out of some
greats on the defensive end (Lewis, Suggs, Nata…ect) But overall he has been
the coach that the guys around that locker room have grown to respect and in
some cases even love. His aggressive style and straight from the hip way of
dealing with men that has the Ravens in their 1st SB since 2000…
Player to Watch
Offense: Baltimore Ravens QB Joe Flacco (Yrds: 3817, TD’s: 22, INT’s: 10, QBR:
87.7): Joe Flacco has been amazing this offseason!! Why you may ask
yourself do I say that. Well of course anytime you throw 8TD’s to no INT’s you
are having a good postseason. When you lead your team to 3 straight wins in the
playoffs (2 of those wins coming against the #1 and #2 teams in the playoffs on
the road) you have accomplished something. But the one thing that has Flacco on
the verge of jumping into that “elite” QB’s in the NFL category. Is the fact
that he has been a true leader of men and looks to be making that major turn in
his career…
Player to Watch Defense:
Baltimore Ravens LB Ray Lewis (Tckls: 57, Scks: 1, FFM: 1, FRC: 1): The
reason why Rey Lewis is such a special player is his intensity. There are not
many guys that can match the intensity of Rey. From the time he steps on the
field and does his dance he is the most intense person on the field. And this
is Rey’s last ride so you know he is going to be putting his everything into
it. And when Mr. Lewis is giving it his all…even with 1 arm he is better than
80-90% of the linebackers in league. So the 49ers and young Kapernick might
want to make sure they know where Rey is at for the Whole game….
Biggest Edge in the
Game (Ravens Defense)(RYPG: 122.8, TD’s: 15, PYPG: 228, TD’s: 15): Now at
the end of the day despite the fact that the Ravens offense has really heated
up over the past couple weeks and I admit that the 49ers will NEED to stop them
in order to not be blown out in this football game. Because I think that the
Ravens defense will be riding a powerful emotional roll that is going to be
hard to match as far as intensity. But if the Ravens can continue to play this
well in the Super Bowl then they have a VERY good chance of winning the whole
darn thing so keep an eye out for this one cause its going to be huge…
