Week 15 Review: Kansas City Chiefs (2-12) at Oakland Raiders (4-10)…

In a game that everyone knew was going to be a battle in futility. The Raiders actually came out looking dominant as the held the Chiefs to 0 points. That’s right the Raiders shutout the Chiefs at home. And it is only the Raiders 2nd victory in the last 9 games (both against the Chiefs). But as Raiders fans rejoice in not being the worst team in the league, there are still problems. Lets take for instance the fact that the offense struggled a lot with the weak Chiefs defense. Now the defense on the other hand shined and treated the Chiefs offense like a bunch of high school players. To hold the potent running game that the Chiefs have to only 10 total yards for a game is impressive by anybody’s standards…

Game #14 – Kansas City Chiefs at Oakland Raiders

Offense: B (C.Palmer 18/29 182yrds, D.McFadden 30/110yrds, R.Streater 5/62yrds): The main shining star in this week’s offense was the fact the McFadden looked like he was getting used to the ZBS and ready to start gaining yards more consistently. But Carson Palmer put up another lame duck game as he went for under 200 yards passing and 0 touchdowns. This cannot continue I know that just like any other defense in the NFL the Cheifs have world class players. But the facts are that they won and Janokowsiki hit 5 FG’s are both huge positives for this Raiders team. But this passing game need to get on track for them to finish this season strong…

Defense: B+ (Passing Yrds All. 136yrds, Rushing Yrds All. 10yrds, 1TO): There is literally nothing negative that I can say about this performance.  They held Brady Quinn to under 150 yards passing. They held the Chiefs stable of runners to only 10 yards all game. And to that I say WOW they played like a complete defense. If the Raiders offense can finally get on track then this is going to be one scary team to play against in future songs. This Raiders defense showed some real promise and I like that the got pressure on the QB they didn’t force many turnovers but that will come with time. But as for this Sunday they were just plain gold…

Final Score: Raiders 15, Chiefs 0

Overall: B
