Today we are going to hand out the best QB and RB awards. In
the NFC I don’t think there has been a QB that has done as much with as little
as Aaron Rodgers. And anyone who can tell me there has been a better RB in the
NFL this season than the comeback king Adrian Peterson. So these awards go to
the best at their position in the 2012-13 season in the NFC. These are the
winners…
2012-13 NFC Best QB
(Green Bay Packers QB Aaron Rodgers): Now if I have to explain myself to
you as to why Rodgers is my pick for NFC’s Best QB. I understand that Eli has
had one hell of a serious season coming off his teams super bowl run. But
beyond RG3 and Eli I have been thoroughly impressed with what Aaron has been
able to do in Green Bay. I thought they could have been done after that debacle
to start the season in Seattle. But they bounced back and made a steady path
for yet another NFC North title and a trip to the playoffs. To me more
impressive than either of the 2 QB’s I mentioned before…
2012-13 NFC Best RB
(Minnesota Vikings RB Adrian Peterson): If you want to talk about climbing
hills and defying the odds. You are talking about All-Day Adrian Peterson not
only is the man only yards away from breaking Erick Dickerson’s NFL record. And
also to be the 1st 2000+ yard rusher since Jamal Lewis in 2003.
These alone are enough qualifications to win him the NFL MVP to me. But we will
get to that later, when you add to it the fact that he is the primary offensive
threat for his team and that defenses see him coming and still cant stop him. For
that he is the best RB in the NFC to Double K…
