(26.4ppg, 5.7rpg, 5.4apg)
Backup(s):Jodie Meeks
(3.1ppg, 1.0rpg, 0.6apg), Darius Johnson- Odom (Rookie)
Synopsis: The
Lakers will always have the advantage against most opponents at the two guard
position. Why? Because they start Kobe Bryant the future Hall of Famer and easily
one of the top 2 to ever play his position. (With MJ being number 1 almost
always.) So with that said I will say that Kobe is getting a little bit older
so who do the Lakers have to step up and fill in when it is necessary? Well
lets start with Jodie Meeks he has been in the league for a couple of years and
he knows how to be a good teammate and facilitate the people around him as well
as make his own shot when necessary. Behind him is the rookie Darius Johnson-Odom
who has a lot of potential and will definitely be a factor in future seasons
off of the bench. Also expect him to compete with whoever is on the roster once
Kobe retires to take his starting minuets. This team has a lot of depth…
