2012-13 Los Angeles Clippers: Position by Position Breakdown…

Position: Center

Starter: DeAndre Jordan (7.5ppg, 6.5rpg, 2.5bpg)

Backup(s): Ronny Turiaf (1.0ppg, 0.3rpg, 1.3bpg), Ryan Hollins (2.5ppg, 3.5rpg, 0.8bpg)

Synopsis:  The Clippers are a young and dangerous team to compete against and their starting center DeAndre Jordan is a big reason why they will have success throughout this season. He is big athletic and plays hard on both sides of the court and is one of the best defenders at his position. I mean he is no Dwight Howard but give him 3-4 years and he might be just as good. They have a solid back up in veteran center Ronnie Turiaf that can stand in when Jordan needs a rest. Ryan Hollins is another vet but he wont get many minuets except to stand in for Turiaf during blowouts. So expect Jordan and Turiaf as well as Odom playing the center position. This team is stacked and we will see the Clippers make a decent run into the playoffs. Keep an eye on this one…
