Position: Point Guard
Starter: Chris Paul (18.5ppg,
4.3rpg, 11.5apg)
Backup(s): Eric
Bledsoe (9.5ppg, 3.0rpg, 3.3apg)
Synopsis: The
Clippers have one of the most athletic teams in the NBA as it stands. But they
have one of the most solid PG depth charts in basketball. Eric Bledsoe is a
great backup who can play garbage minuets as well as important minuets down the
stretch. He averages almost 10 points a game off the bench which is great for a
backup. There is also the Chauncey Billups aspect. Chauncey is a veteran voice
at both the point and the 2 guard position. Which brings me to CP3 who is
possibly the best point guard in the game? He manages a game well and doesn’t
make a lot of mistakes and so far this season he is averaging 10+ assist a
game. This shows that he is getting his teammates involved and with his 18ppg
he is scoring at a consistently as well. Theses 2 factors will have the
Clippers in the playoffs for many years to come….
