Double K’s Perspective: The NL Wild Card Race…

Welcome back students today we are going ot give a little perspective to the National League Wild Card race. At the head of this race having already clinched their Wild Card spot are the Atlanta Braves. The Braves have become a hot team as of late going 7-3 in their last 10 games. So the question now becomes is the Braves lineup deep enough to carry them to their 1st World Series since 1995 I believe?.                                ..

      1) WC1 x-Atlanta Braves (91-65, 4GB in NL East, 46 hmwns, 45 rdwns): The Braves have picked almost the perfect season to make a run. As this is the farewell run for lifelong Brave infielder Chipper Jones. The man has been a special player his entire career and rarely do you see a player play his entire career with one team. But this has somehow energized a you up and coming Braves team and they have made a run that has them at minimum getting a game 163 and a play in game to make it to the 1st round series. With batters like Freddie Freeman and Dan Uggla getting hot right now and their pitching getting real stable and solid I can see the Braves making out of a series and playing in the NLCS. Keep your eyes open for the Brave this post season as they will be very dangerous…
