Now.....now bay area fans this has been a horrible day in bay area football. Not neccesarily west coast sports with the Angels sweeping the Red Sox in their ALDS match up. GO ANGELS in ALCS. Beat those Yankees... But i think the title of this blog says it all both bay area teams Niners and Raiders had exactly that done to them...... they were "Punched in the Mouth". The Niners D looked like it was confused all day while Roddy White ran circles around the Niners secondary.The Niners offense looked no better with a completly absent running game without frank gore. The Niners were finally exposed for the weakness that the 49ers do have.... And trust me when i say Singletary will NOT allow for that two games in a row!!! Now the Raiders just looked abismal against a team they were supposed to lose to. But i dont think the plan was for it to be a blowout. With Jamarcus looking as enept as ever. You can blame the line, You can blame the Wideouts bottom line is Mr. Russell you just are not getting the job done 1-4 is unacceptable on almost any other team so why is it acceptable in Oakland. Ill give ya two words on that one " AL DAVIS". Yes unfortunatly Raiders fans he is the one making the call and forcing Tom Cable to continue using a young QB who is putting up numbers like 8-13 for 100yrds and NO touchdowns. That line isnt gonna win ya many games in the NFL! Think about it! Now no disrespect to Niner or Raider fans but for this one day we need to unite because we all just got.............You guessed it "PUNCHED IN THE MOUTH"
